My name is Allena Steele.  I live in Arlington, Washington with my husband, Jeff, and three energetic children.  Jeff and I share a love of fall, football, family, and friends.  We are committed to community and the success of small business.  I look forward to learning about your business and appreciate the opportunity to be a part of your success.

Having graduated from the University of Washington in 2004, I was employed by a local bank where my knowledge of personal and small business finance, credit, and lending was fine-tuned.  After, I became a financial analyst for a municipality where I was able to utilize my degree in economics and gain valuable knowledge of large scale, public sector business as well as state and federal financial regulations. 

Upon leaving the job market to start a family, I had the opportunity to determine exactly what I wanted to do with my skills, experience, and education. My passion lies in small business.  My goal and desire is to help ensure the success of your small business by utilizing my attention to detail and love of organization, to allow you to pursue your dream and the work you love.
